Top 10 Ways to Get a Good Night Sleep


1. Avoid caffeine at least an hour before bed.

2. Make sure your room temperature is between 60-65 degrees.

3. Your bedroom should not have any kind of electronics if you have then shut them off in the night.

4. Try to avoid naps during the day.

5. Exercise regularly but gives a couple of hours of gap before going to bed.

6. Eat a healthy dinner but do not over eat.

7. Make a schedule, your body likes to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day.

8. Remember; do not use your bed for watching TV, reading, eating or any other activity but for sleep.

9. Clear your mind before you go to bed. If you are thinking about the next day things then get up make a list of things to-do and try to sleep.

10. Make your room dark and free of any kind of noises.
